Development

Capitol Place is comprised of a 1.76 acre site approved for a mixed-use development of 375 residential units, 20,000 square feet of retail space and 309 parking spaces along with a roof-top pool, abundant amenities, a courtyard and an eco-pond. The property is located near Union Station and across the street from our office buildings, Station Place I, II and III. Construction is scheduled to start in late 2012 with completion planned
for 2014.
